INTRODUCTION

English Association was inaugurated in the year 2019, to stimulate and motivate theyoung enterprising minds to perform challenging activities. It functions with the motive ofsharpening literary, aesthetic and communicative skills of the students. Every year useful programmes will be conducted to enhance the language skills and dramatic talents. Students willbe provided a platform to nurture and exhibit their innate potentials.

Department Association-GeNiUS

Chemistry Association - GeNiUS was launched to encourage the students to probe chemical science and to motivate the attitude of healthy competition among them. GeNiUS is run by the students for the students under the guidance of the faculty members.

One of the strongest characteristics of genius is the power of lighting its own fire. So inorder to promote the interest and stimulate the curiosity in the field of Chemistry, the Name GeNiUS was given to the Chemistry Association. It was coined from the names of the elements such as Germanium (Ge), Nickel (Ni),Uranium(U), and Sulphur(S).

Objectives

• To promote interest in Chemical Science
• To stimulate active participation and initiative among the students in the learning process
• To train and produce qualified students who are more creative

• The association of department of computer science was started in 2019 under the name “TECHNOTHAN”
• The governing body was selected by conducting elections among students of the department
• The members include President, Secretary and Treasurer

Welcome to 'GALAXY BLASTERS'

The Department of Physics has inaugurated the Physics association,'GALAXY BLASTERS' in the year 2020-2021. Galaxy Blasters aims to help the advancement, dissemination and application of the knowledge of Physics. This association is an out-of- class-hours club that offers students the chance to do science-related activities which they don’t get enough from academic syllabus.

Mission

Mission of the GALAXY BLASTERS is to quench a student’s thirst for Physics by organizing various exciting events such as Developing Demonstration Experiments, Do It Yourself Laboratories, Science Quiz(a quiz to test people’s knowledge on everything in the field of Science), Talks and Lectures By Eminent Scientists from all over the country, Workshops and much more and create leadership qualities, build knowledge, and create a passion for science and technology.

Activities

Discussions and brainstorming sessions on the application of physics to everyday life are to be held every week wherein members explore everything under the Sun.

• Arrange seminars, lectures, debates, panel discussions, conferences and film shows on current research topics and other topics of national and local interest pertaining to research and teaching in physics
• Disseminate information in the field of physics by publication of bulletins, reports,newsletters, journals incorporating research and teaching ideas, reviews, new developments, announcements regarding meetings, seminars, etc., and also by arranging special programmes for students or establishing student cadres
• In our college every year we conduct science exhibition to promote and expose their ideas and creativity

About the association

Department of Microbiology was started association in the academic year of 2020 – 2021 in the name of “MICROGENIA”. This association organized intradepartmental activities to enrich our student’s skills. Also this association organizes inter & intra departmental competitions, seminars, webinars and conferences.
